By participating in activities organised by FormForGood, you acknowledge and agree that no liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind will be borne by the owner or facilitators of FormForGood. This waiver applies to all participants, volunteers, and attendees of our runs and events.
Participation at Your Own Risk
All participants join activities at their own risk. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are physically fit and capable of participating in runs. FormForGood does not provide insurance coverage for individual participants; please ensure you have your own adequate protection.

By enrolling in or participating in any activity, run, or event organised by or facilitated through FormForGood, you acknowledge and agree that you are doing so entirely at your own risk. Participation in physical activities involves inherent risks of injury, and you assume full responsibility for your health and safety during these events.
No Liability for Injury or Loss
The owner, organisers, and facilitators of FormForGood shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with your participation in FormForGood activities. This exclusion of liability applies to all participants, volunteers, and spectators without exception.
Participant Agreement
Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by event leads. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the activity. FormForGood reserves the right to modify routes or cancel events due to weather conditions or safety concerns without prior notice.
